At Traffic Control Products, we are committed to supplying quality traffic management and safety products to our customers across Australia.

 

This Refund Policy outlines your rights and obligations in relation to purchases made through our online store and is designed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

 

2. Australian Consumer Law

 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

3. Change of Mind Returns

 

We may accept returns for change of mind at our discretion, subject to the following conditions:

 

Return request must be made within fourteen (14) days of delivery

Items must be unused, unopened, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase must be provided

Custom-made, special-order, clearance, or non-stock items are not eligible for return

Freight and shipping costs are non-refundable

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply

 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

 

If you receive goods that are damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with:

Description of the issue

Photographs showing the damage or fault

 

Once assessed, we may offer:

 

Replacement of the item

Repair of the item

Refund to the original payment method

Store credit

 

Traffic Control Products reserves the right to inspect returned goods before approving a refund or replacement.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are generally non-returnable unless required under Australian Consumer Law:

 

Custom fabricated products

Special-order items

Used or installed products

Products damaged through misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorised modification

Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable
