We supply and deliver traffic control signs, road safety equipment, worksite products, and related items throughout New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.

- Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
Shipping to remote or regional areas may incur additional freight charges and extended delivery timeframes.
3. Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within:
- Same business day for standard in-stock items ordered before 2:00 PM AEST
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- 1–3 business days for custom signage or made-to-order products
Processing times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to supplier delays.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

- Pallet deliveries

6. Order Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate at the time of ordering.
7. Authority to Leave
Unless otherwise requested, deliveries may be left in a safe location if no person is available to receive the order.
If you do not wish for goods to be left unattended, please notify us before dispatch.
Traffic Control Products Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.
