RPM's or cats eyes as they are fondly known are highly reflective markers used to delineate a road of travel. The Red is usually used to show the edge of road, White & Yellow are similar and used to seperate the lanes or in the centre line.
They are installed using bitumous pads or a suitable expoxy.
